Building Collaboration and Community in Anambra State
The Anambra Creative Hangout, held on the 21st of September 2024, brought together innovators, creators, and artists from across Anambra State. Hosted by Activ8 Hub, an innovation hub in Awka, the event was designed to inspire collaboration, spark new ideas, and nurture a strong sense of community among local creatives.
With participants from diverse backgrounds, the event fostered meaningful conversations, creative brainstorming, and future project ideas. It was held in one of the best workspaces in Awka, offering a vibrant and professional environment that encouraged open dialogue and creative flow.
As a prominent digital hub in Awka, Activ8 Hub provided not just the venue but also the support structure needed to make the hangout impactful. From the modern setup to the flexibility of the co-working space, every element of the gathering was geared towards innovation and inclusion.
The hangout resulted in the formation of a growing network of creatives, highlighting opportunities for creative entrepreneurship and innovation. A roadmap was also created to ensure continued support for the creative community through consistent engagement and resources available at Activ8’s working space in Awka.
The aim of the Anambra Creators Meetup is to establish a regular meetup schedule for ongoing creative interaction, develop an online platform for collaboration, project sharing, and learning, explore strategic partnerships with local organizations, startups, and businesses through connections nurtured at this co-working space in Awka.
