The Anambra Creators Meet Up was a huge success, held on March 29th, 2025, at Reboot Lounge, brought together by Activ8 Hub a leading innovation hub in Awka in collaboration with Bonitas Media, the event brought together a dynamic blend of creatives and tech professionals under one roof.
Mr. Chukwuma Mezie-Okoye, Founder of Activ8 Hub, emphasized the importance of collaboration between creatives and techies to build scalable ideas. The gathering was a testament to the energy and talent within Anambra’s fast growing digital and creative space. It attracted content creators, influencers, tech enthusiasts, and innovators from across the state.
Esteemed dignitaries including Mrs. Chiamaka Nnake, Commissioner for Budget and Finance, and Mr. Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata (CFA), MD of the Anambra State ICT Agency, also graced the event, further showcasing the government’s support for emerging talents and innovation.

This panel discussion was the “Future of Education in the Digital Age”, featured top voices including Commissioner Mrs. Chiamaka Nnake, Mr. Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata (CFA) and Mr. Chinemerem Oguegbe, among other experts, discussed the current challenges in education and how artificial intelligence can offer new solutions. Creatives and techies were encouraged to embrace AI tools to enhance learning, communication, and digital product development, all of which are nurtured in environments like Activ8 hub which is the best workspace in Awka.
The second session spotlighted Collaboration in the Digital Ecosystem. Several Ecosystem Stakeholders like The founder of Anambra Startup Community, Mr. Stanley Okechukwu a representative of the Solution Innovation District(SID), Mr. Ikechukwu Anajamba the Vice president of Anambra Innovation and Technology Network (AITECH), Mr. Isaac Emeti(Representative of Anambra Techies), Miss Gift Okeke and Mr. Zikora Chukwuka (Tech talent recruiter). They spoke on the importance of synergy among innovators and how hubs like Activ8 Hub which doubles as a co-working space in Awka serve as critical meeting points for partnerships and project development.
The third panel’s discussion about the Creator Economy in Anambra. This addressed opportunities and barriers in the creator space, focusing on creative ownership and monetization. Panelists included Prince Neche, Ifeanyi Obaji, Chinemerem Mmirioma, and Ozi Baba Anieto, moderated by Uche Okoye (Anambra’s First Son).
